How much does delivery cost?
Freight is free for all orders over $125.00 purchased through our online store. All orders purchased through our online store under $125.00 incur a freight charge of $10.00. The method of delivery will be at the discretion of The Tackle Warehouse. Usually for small packages Australia Post will be used and for larger packages Australian Air Express (AAE). Therefore please check with these organisations as to the delivery times to your address from our postcode 4152. The abovementioned freight charges are not applicable to purchases made at our store located at 436 Old Cleveland Road, Camp Hill, Queensland.
International freight charges are calculated on the size and weight of the parcel and the delivery destination. For a cost on delivery please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the items you would like to purchase and the delivery address and we will provide you with the shipping costs.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver everywhere within Australia including PO Boxes, business addresses and home addresses. (you may need to sign – so a work address is usually better). We also ship to most international countries. Please email us at email@example.com to discuss your individual needs.
How long does delivery take?
All orders within Australia will be packaged and shipped within 3 working days in most cases.

Can I pick-up my order?
Yes orders can be collected from our Camp Hill store at 436 Old Cleveland Road, Camp Hill, Queensland. Photographic identification and a copy of the Paid Order will be required to collect the goods.
Will I receive an email confirming my order?
Yes. We will ask for your email address during the checkout process and we will send you a confirmation of your order immediately.
We will send you a further email once your payment has been made?
Once you have received both of these emails you can be confident that we have received your order and payment has been processed.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa and Mastercard, via our online store though our secure payment gateway. You may also pay via direct debit. Details can be found at the payment stage of checkout.
What is our refund policy?
Should the product not meet a basic level of performance, not perform the intended purpose; or not match the description or sample, we are happy to refund the product. Unfortunately if you change your mind we are unable to refund your money.
Please return the goods to us at The Tackle Warehouse 436 Old Cleveland Road, Camp Hill QLD 4152 within 7 days of your receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in original condition and include all the original packaging. Unfortunately, shipping and handling costs are not refundable. All refunds will be made in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to GST.
Please report any incorrect, missing or damaged items to The Tackle Warehouse within 24 hours of your receiving the delivery. If item(s) received are not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Then contact us and we can discuss how we can help.
Any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to The Tackle Warehouse are to be met by the customer.
What about Warranty Claims?
All our goods are sold with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults. If you have received goods which you believe to be defective or are faulty, we are sorry. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 07 3398 6500.
Goods under warranty cover from the manufacturer will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer at the discretion of the manufacturer. Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided in place of a warranty claim.
If the returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, misinstalled, modified, tampered with, abused or physically damaged the warranty will be void. The products will need to be returned by you to: The Tackle Warehouse 436 Old Cleveland Road, Camp Hill QLD 4152 at your cost.
How secure are my details?
Our secure payment gateway is provided by SecurePay, who use GeoTrust SSL certificates. All GeoTrust SSL certificates enable up to 256-bit.
What happens if an item is not in stock?
Unfortunately our online store is not programmed to have quantity in stock available. We endeavor to ensure most stock is available at all times. Should you purchase an item that is currently out of stock in our warehouse we will contact you either via email or phone. We can then discuss our options which could include waiting for the product to come from our supplier, swap the product for another size or colour or issue a refund.
I can’t find what I am looking for?
If you have looked through our website and can’t find what you are looking for we have a bigger physical store at 436 Old Cleveland Road, Camp Hill. If you can’t venture in please email us at email@example.com with your requirements and maybe, a picture and we will be happy to source it for you. The only thing to remember is that not all products from our suppliers international sites are available in Australia, but we will do our best.
